Thoughts:
My first big costume project. In fact, my very first costume. I learned so much from this costume, and I have re-made it several times. I owe a lot of my cosplay knowledge to this costume. I met Neon Genocide for the first time while in this costume at Otakon 2002. This is obviously one of my favorite characters to cosplay!
