Notes:  My favorite part of this costume is the scarf. It was hand knitted by Neon Genocide's mom with white cotton yarn! I dyed the gradient myself!! I got a lot of help with the wig from my friend Jenn. The weapons were a last minute project by my friend Zach so that I could wear the costume to Ohayocon - yet they still look nice!
