Hmm, well I thought I'd go a bit different with the color on this one and went with the color green. My good friend Nicky scanned this picture a few months back after she got this cute little pencil divider thing at the Comicon convention we went to. It features Mint from Animal Magnetism. Isn't she the cutest!? My mom didn't like this one much for some reason because she said it was too dark and dreary. I guess I was sort of in a dreary mood when I made it now that I think about it. This is also the current layout of PixieKitty.NET.
Atomic Purple
As you can see, I love using the color purple for layouts. It featured a character from the anime, Sentimental Graffiti. It is one of my favorites so far. I feel like it was different than anything I've ever done before because it is a unique blend of pinks and purples and it was the first time I actually did something creative with menu. I put it in a flower. I also got compliments for the way I put the girl at an angel. It was so hard to let go of this layout, but I love making layouts so I try not to keep any one layout for too long.
"Fly Away with me, little Pixie Kitty"
Pixie Kitty! This is the very first official layout of pixiekitty.net! I hand drew the little pixie cat, and used ALL tables and no frames for the first time in a long time. I would say it turned out pretty well considering it didn't take much time to put together. I decided to hand draw the pixie cat for my domain to make it a bit more original. I know for a fact that no one will ever have the same layout as me! (unless they steal it..then they die, hehe)
"The Need for Love"
Another layout that came before I got my domain. Another one of my favorites! I love the blues in this one! I created this layout when I was in a lovely-dovey mood because it reminded me of my boyfriend Chris. I really just like the different types of styles I used to create this one. It was up until I got my pixiekitty.net domain. It was hard to take it down. =(
"Purple Saber Marionette"
This layout came before I got my domain and so it was called "JK Web Network". This was a nice, simple layout that I put up in a hurry. It actually turned out better than I expected. The layout before was a Valentine's Day Layout and I had to hurry up and get a new one up because V-Day was over, lol.
"Red Japanese Sakura"
This layout also came before I got my domain and it was called "JK Web Network". This is another layout I really liked! This layout featured Sakura from my favorite anime Card Captor Sakura. I love the red and her kimono. This was my first attempt at making a menu in a separate table. It worked out pretty well too =P
